Our people

Steven Watton brings twenty years of experience in Executive Search and Recruitment. He has built and led teams for some of the world’s most recognisable and respected brands and successfully established and led Tailor Executive, an Australian based Asia Pacific HR Search business. His career commenced in London, with one of Europe’s most prominent executive recruitment firms, before moving to Australia in 2005. 

Steven has been engaged to appoint hundreds of HR Executives across Europe and Asia Pacific and he has developed an exceptional reputation around the world. His wide reaching networks, deep relationships and ability to manage highly complex and sensitive assignments is why he is the trusted advisor and HR search partner to CEOs and CHROs globally. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Management (Human Resources) from The Queen’s University of Belfast.
